Beginning Cake Decorating Workshop

In this 2-hour hands-on workshop, discuss box mix cakes/icings vs. scratch cakes/icings. Learn about torting & filling cakes.
End with a finished icing in buttercream & piped pulled borders. All materials provided. Fee: $95.00

Buttercream Piping Workshop

In this two-hour hands-on workshop, learn about the different pastry tips available to decorate cakes with buttercream icing.
Participants pipe borders and create side designs, flowers, garlands, and swirls. These skills result in creating a simple
or dramatic looking cake. All materials will be provided. Fee: $95.00

Beginning Fondant Workshop

This workshop is for first-time fondant decorators or those who need to hone their skills. You will learn about
the properties of fondant and its limitations. We will weigh, cut, knead and color fondant. Techniques in rolling, covering
and trimming cakes will be taught. Participants finish their designs in class. Fee: $125.00

Remember

Registration can be made in person or by phone and is on a first come, first serve basis!  Payment is due with registration
to guarantee your spot! Classes are limited to 14 participants!  Participants must be at least 12 years of age!

The health department requires that individuals in the baking area of our store have long hair pulled back, clothing
that is clean, tops with sleeves, long pants, and shoes with closed toes (no sandals are allowed).
